Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lilly Paws is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lilly Paws is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
